Horizon Intelligence is hosted infrastructure for groups working towards a shared objective. The map is what it returns to you: the position of the whole group, composed from every member’s own words.
Beneath the group’s position is its structure: clusters of members converging on the same challenge, the same direction, the same opportunity — showing how the group is orienting, and around what.
And where a shared challenge and the capability to move it sit in the same group, the map shows them side by side.
Where it works — six designs, and the groups they were built for →
A cycle is one full round of group engagement, run to the rhythm you already convene to. The map is what it produces.
With a Horizon Intelligence operator, you load the engine with the group’s mission, its objectives, and the patterns you are looking for. That is what each member’s Personal AI explores with them.
Each member works through it privately, in conversation with their own Personal AI (voice or text). The exploration runs as a series of short modules, taken in the member’s own time.
Each conversation composes the member’s full position: what they do, what they’re working toward, what they can offer, where they’re struggling — their own vision, in their own words. At the close of each module, the member fine-tunes what is revealed onward to the group — always free to withhold or append.
How privacy protects your members at every step.
The engine runs its analysis across the full dataset — every member’s position, all of it, at once — and the map takes shape.
Before the room opens, you and your operator read what the map shows and decide what the session needs to cover. You present it to the group, working groups form around the common ground, and the room shapes the next cycle from what this one established.
Where the two agree, you can act with confidence. Where they diverge, you can plan accordingly.
The map shows directions. Which one the group takes is decided in the room — by you, with your operator and the members present. Every output of the engine is a human encounter.
The engine holds the memory. The room does the meeting.
Each round begins where the last one ended — the memory carries, and your group’s accumulated self-knowledge compounds over time.
That is where the compounding comes from. Each member collaborates with a Personal AI of their own — a private thinking partner in their own words and their own language — and it begins each new cycle with full knowledge of the journey they’ve taken together.
It starts with a conversation about your group and the vision you hold. Then a discovery session where you work through a module with your operator and see the engine working — before you commit to anything.
