You hold the vision for the group. At the start of each cycle you shape the journey with your operator — the Horizon Intelligence practitioner who sets your hub up with you. Together, those are the ground every member's Personal AI works from, and everything it comes to know about them builds on that ground. Each module of the journey opens as an exploration — a guided conversation, helping them work out where their own objectives meet the direction the group is taking. The AI is theirs; the ground is shared — so alignment builds conversation by conversation, each finding their own place in a journey the whole group is on.

Their Personal AI remembers. Each conversation begins already knowing the member — what's been said, what's been built, where things were left — and sets to work on what comes next. What it's building is the member's position: what they do, what they're working toward, what they can offer, and the challenges they're taking on — composed in conversation, and sharpened every time they return. That position is what the group's intelligence is drawn from. The detail revealed to the group stays the member's choice, made module by module.

The conversation flows; the value consolidates. Every module closes with a report — the whole conversation distilled into a structured record of where they stand, the moves worth making, and the ground still to explore. And as they work, their Personal AI builds their toolkit: templates, prompts and working methods, made from their own conversation for the work in front of them.
