Horizon Intelligence — for people who build networks

You hold the vision.
Your network holds the intelligence.

Now you can see it — and act on what it shows.

The work of running a network never lets up.

If you hold a vision for a network — any group of people with you at its centre, the one who brings them together and holds the picture of the whole: a body of members, an association, a portfolio, a supply chain — you carry it one week at a time. First you work out who belongs, then you bring them in. After that it never stops: the outreach, the report, the event, the survey, the follow-up. However well it runs, it runs by hand: the positions of many people and organisations land with you, and yours is the head that must hold them, compose them into a clear picture of the whole, and return that picture to the group in a form it can work with. And every round, the picture must be composed again.

Here is why it never eases. Your network already knows more than anyone can see. What your members know — what they need, where they overlap, what they would answer to — lives in a hundred separate heads, and has never once been in front of you whole. So the picture you compose is always partial, the position you communicate back is only as strong as that picture, and every ask you shape from it is a guess at what the whole would actually say.

Horizon Intelligence is built on one premise. You hold the vision. Your network holds the intelligence. The engine connects the two.

A network of people thinking together in a bright room — an afternoon of shared work

The engine asks everyone, one private conversation at a time.

Every member takes an Exploration: a private, guided conversation with their own Personal AI — a private thinking partner, shaped by the vision and the questions you set. It runs one member at a time, in their own time, and it is built so each person comes out of it sharper than they went in.

The value lands before anything is shared: their thinking organised, their next moves clearer, a report that is theirs to keep. What they pass on to the whole is theirs to choose, every time.

One cycle: an Exploration goes out, every member takes it privately, in their own time, the map comes back, and the room shapes the next Exploration from what it shows.

Built to bring people together. Every cycle ends in a room, and each one builds on the last.

How it works →

A hub of your own

Each network runs its own complete instance of the engine — its own architecture, its own database, its own walls — configured to your specification alone. Your members meet it under your name and your brand: a service you provide, from the front door in.

The work it stands on — delivered, documented. The record →

You hold the whole picture

One map in place of a hundred fragments: where vision aligns, where challenges cluster, and who, on the evidence, belongs in the same room. Composed, current, and yours.

Now you can check what you believe about your network against what it actually said. The programme you were planning, the theme you were sure mattered, the appetite you have asserted in bids for years: each one now evidenced, defensible, ready to act on and ready to show.

A survey returns averages, once.

A consultancy returns a report, current for the month it lands.

The engine returns the living map of your whole network, refreshed every cycle.

This is what the engine is for: it shows you which gathering is worth convening, who belongs in the room, and what the room is ready to work on. Every one of those readings arrives with the evidence behind it.

The system holds the memory. The room does the meeting. Every output of the engine is a human encounter.

Momentum builds as participation grows.

Each cycle gives every member a reason of their own to return: something they take from it, every time they take part. And what you send next is shaped by what your network has already told you. The map shows where the interest gathers, so you go back to members with the things they said matter to them — more of what they came for. Each invitation lands warmer than the last, and every answer improves the question that follows.

Each cycle now gives the member something first, so the next one lands warmer than the last.

The map sharpens every cycle

For each cycle, effort falls and value rises. Three things compound to make it so.

The catalogue grows.

Every cycle adds an Exploration to your network's catalogue — open to new members, whose contributions join the map.

Alignment becomes visible.

Cycle one lays the foundation: who your members are and what matters to them. Every cycle after brings the clusters around shared challenges and shared direction into focus. The map fills in, cycle by cycle.

The intelligence carries forward.

Every Exploration begins already informed by everything the network has said. Nothing needs saying twice — and the understanding deepens with every cycle.

CYCLE ONE
CYCLE TWO
CYCLE THREE

All three are built from your network's work together. They belong to the people who made them.

Each contribution belongs to its member. The picture they compose together is yours to act on.

You hold the vision. Now you hold what your network knows, and each one strengthens the other.

One engine, any network

The same engine, configured to the vision you hold for your network.

An innovation cluster

maps where its members align, and who can genuinely help whom.

An investor

sees where a portfolio can compound as a network.

A consultancy

sees where a client organisation actually stands, cycle by cycle, through a change.

A resilience team

learns which risks the people on the ground can already see.

A supply chain

surfaces its pinch-points while they're still cheap to fix.

An executive-education provider

turns an established programme into a journey that adapts to its cohort.

Built to be inspected

Every part of the engine has been proven in isolation: the extraction that turns a person's words into structured evidence, verified across repeated blind runs; the clustering that finds genuine complementarity, tested against examples graded by hand; and the layer that separates what members actually said from what the engine suggests, checked four separate ways.

Privacy here is enforced by the database. And the design keeps that promise on its own: the core has been derived again from its specification, blind, more than once — and the same protections arrived every time. They are consequences of the design.

Horizon Intelligence stands on the principles of community intelligence, a research field studied for decades. Its own results are built to be verified.

The research beneath it →
“You have gained such an understanding of where we are as a consortium. I think it’s unprecedented.”

See it working from the first conversation

From the first conversation you see the engine working — and what it would look like working for your network. It starts with a conversation: your network, the vision you hold for it, and whether the engine serves that vision. From there, a discovery session inside the platform — where the proposal for your network takes shape from what you said, before you commit to anything. The full path, step by step →

Tell us about the network you hold — a sentence is enough. What comes back is a conversation with a person, about whether the engine fits.

Thank you — your note is with James. He'll be in touch personally.
